Online I go by the name Nox, and I'm an illustrator, character designer, and sometimes animator.I enjoy drawing whimsical quirky characters and settings, and primarily use Clip Studio Paint to draw!

THE PROCESS:
1. Please Email/DM references, descriptions, and commission details to me.
2. Once the commission is agreed to, send full payment. 50% of price is a non-refundable deposit.
3. Concepts are sent to you for approval before further polishing and finalising (doesn't apply to Surprise Me commissions)
4. Once final version is approved of, the commission is considered complete.INFORMATION:

• Up to three revisions
• For non-commercial use only. Email me regarding commercial work.
• Typical turnaround is 1-4 weeks.

If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:📌 The artist (illusinox):⬩ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
⬩ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
⬩ I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork if I do not already own the IP.
⬩ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.📌 You (the customer/commissioner):⬩ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with proper credit to me.
⬩ You may not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, use for NFTs etc.)
⬩ You may not use the commissioned artwork to train AI.
⬩ You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
⬩ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) if you already own it.
⬩ You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for information.📌 Refund policy:⬩ Full refunds will only be issued if work has not yet begun. Refunds will not be issued for completed works.
⬩ Partial refunds of up to 50% may be available if I cannot complete a commission I have started.
⬩ Partial refunds of up to 50% will be available if you cancel a commission I have started working on. The non-refundable 50% deposit cannot be returned
